With an emphasis on the fundamentals of tennis. This 8 week elite program will focus on teaching proper technique and mechanics while building muscle memory so less time is spent thinking about how to hit the ball and more time is spent on where to hit it and why!
In this program we will be setting individual and group goals aimed at pushing students past their comfort zones to show them what they are truly capable of. They will approach tennis and life with a new level of confidence and achievement.
By sharpening skills, and building confidence, students will most definitely see amazing results! Each day after training students will be asked to journal their experience so they can measure their progress. They will also have homework so the training doesn't just stop at the courts!
A. Yes & No! It is designed to teach the proper fundamentals of tennis so no matter what skill level, there is sure to be drastic improvement in ability.
A. The warmup will be more tennis focused and less fitness, there is a lot to cover in 8 weeks. Students are expected to warmup before arriving.
A. Yes! The students will be journaling every class and will have outside homework to keep them focused & motivated.
A. That depends on the students age.
Ages 6-9 meet every
Tues & Thurs 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Ages 10-14 meet ever
Mon & Wed 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you've selected the optional Friday training, that will be 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
A. This program will be age based. Group 1 is for ages 6-9 & group 2 is for ages 10-14.
A. Final signups should be sent to Coach Charlie directly no later than Sunday night! Full payment due first day of clinic.
